Description
CBG is another non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis. Although less well-known than CBD, research has begun to explore its potential. CBG has been studied for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, which makes it very useful in skincare. Some studies suggest that CBG may inhibit the growth of certain bacterial strains associated with acne.
Research conducted on cell and animal models suggests that nerolidol may have the following properties:
- Anti-inflammatory
- Antinociceptive (pain-modulating)
- Antioxidant
- Neuroprotective
Neriodiol appears to work in synergy with some cannabinoids, enhancing their functional properties in a phenomenon known as the “entourage effect”.
From this comes, in cosmetics, the combined use of CBG, CBD, and nerolidol in the SANADOL+ LINE.
